To the fullest extent permitted by California law, BridgeWave Digital and BAT Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days prior to the incident.
